1. What is The Every Other Day Diet?

The Every Other Day Diet (EODD) is a revolutionary way to lose weight and keep it off by using one of the oldest principles known to man: Caloric staggering.

When I went from 265 pounds and 38% bodyfat (an obese man) to 210 pounds and 6% bodyfat (a very fit man) at the age of 40, I discovered this old strategy for weight loss. I've perfected it over the past 7 years to create one of the most simple and effective diets on earth. In fact, I do not think of EODD as "a diet" -- it's a lifestyle eating plan.

Diets involve deprivation. My "diet" allows me to eat my favorite foods several times a week -- burgers, pizza, desserts -- all at VERY specific times so they actually help me burn more fat (by regulating leptin receptors, restoring muscle sugar, known as glycogen, and by increasing metabolic rate).

In this case, timing is everything. And obviously you cannot just eat junk food every other day, all you want, and lose weight. But the great thing about EODD is that you CAN eat your favorite foods and USE them to lose more fat than normal. You eat less of them, of course, but you never feel deprived of any food for any length of time. This keeps the mind focused and makes dieting.... well, "easier."

Dieting is never "easy"... but it can be made much easier, and that's what we've done with EODD. It's by-far the easiest diet to stick to out there... and it's incredibly effective at long-term weight loss. It is also supported by the medical community and dietary professionals... and of course thousands of real-world happy campers!

2. Do I have to exercise on EODD?

When I originally wrote EODD, I penned one of the more controversial chapters ever written by a fitness professional on exercise. I said, "If you had to choose between diet and exercise, choose diet."

I stand by that remark to this day.

Diet is by FAR more important than exercise when it comes to health and weight loss.

But there is a major catch to that fact: Without exercise, your weight loss is MUCH slower, and you tend to lose more muscle tone during the process. Muscle is VITAL to burn calories while you're at rest.

So I urge everyone who is not 50 pounds or more overweight to exercise using my "7 Minute Body System" (you can get this for a discount as an EODD owner) and start re-shaping your body rather than just "losing weight." However, for those of you who are 50 pounds or more overweight, I would stick to dieting for the first month or so.

After then, you will drop some weight and actually FEEL like moving! Asking someone to move and exercise when they don't feel their best is not the greatest way to keep someone motivated for long-term fat loss. And that is my goal: To see everyone lose weight, re-shape their body, and KEEP those changes for the rest of their life.

3. Do you offer support with the EODD System?

We offer multiple forms of on-going support. Unlike a book you may buy in a bookstore, we have an entire staff dedicated to your success.

4. Do I have to take supplements while on EODD?

No, you do not have to take supplements -- however, I highly recommend the use of proven supplements to help you with your progress. There's 4-5 supplements I recommend, and three that I offer to members in a discounted Member's Only Kit called the "Metabolic Accelerator Kit." Just these three will take you a LONG way toward an easier fat loss journey.

A good multivitamin is usually a good idea, as are other healthy nutrients. We recommend avoiding any stimulant-based "fat-burner" as these are dangerous.

5. How do I know EODD will work for me? I've tried just about everything!

We know how you feel. I tried just about everything myself until I stumbled upon the methods I teach in EODD. However, only a snake oil salesman would say, "This diet will work for anyone on the planet!" The truth is: It will not.

Our diet plan works most of the time... that's for sure. In fact if I had to guess I would say 85% of the time. But you may be one of the few who, despite working with our coaches, and working very hard on the diet plan, finds that EODD does not work well for your body type.

6. Why should I trust you over some doctor-written book or fancy website? How do I know I am not being scammed?

First I'll address the "scam" issue. EODD is the number 2 best-selling e-book on weight loss and nutrition on the Internet (as rated by Clickbank.com). We did not get here by offering false promises. Our merchant (bank) simply would shut us down. We are also monitored by Trust Guard (the seal is on the homepage).

Second, I'll give you my "New Yorker street-smart answer" to why you should listen to me rather than some doctor with a million-dollar book deal: How many doctors do you know that actually LOOK healthy? Even those on book covers?

Hey, I say it this way: If you're going to write a book on weight loss, you had better have THREE credentials (I could care less about "schooling"... I'll take street smart over school smarts any day, but I also have nutrition schooling... : )

1. You had better have been fat before! Anyone can write a book about being fit when they've been fit all of their lives! That's like telling you how to get rich when you've already inherited ten million bucks. In case you're curious, here's me before I started my EODD system of eating at the age of 32...

2. You had then better be willing to take your shirt off and prove you are in shape! I do just that in my book... and in case you don't have it, here's a picture to prove my point (and folks, I was 45 in this picture, so age is no excuse!)...

No fancy cameras -- that was taken right out of the shower with my cell phone! And as you can tell, I have abs... I'm not just in "okay" shape.

3. You better have a HISTORY of being able to communicate to the real world exactly how you did it and then the support team in place to help them accomplish their goals.

I meet all three of these criteria, as does each of my trainers (yes, we are all "former fatties" who are now in super-shape!)

7. How are my books and bonuses delivered to me?

Since half of our clientele is out of the country, we opt for digital downloads. This way you can get your copy of EODD the moment you order it. You can use Adobe Reader to scan the book, print it out (you can print it for less than $6) and search the document for relative terms. We find this very useful when working with our clients.

But some people prefer printed books, so we offer our members our "at-cost" printed copies. You just pay our cost for printing plus shipping and you get those as well as ALL the digital books and bonuses too. It's up to you!
