Sweeten Up Your Protein

I have a sweet tooth just like most people. In fact it has gotten me into trouble many times in my life. One way I get around this while eating and training the way I suggest for maximum and rapid but healthy fatloss is to use caramelized vegetables. You end up with the same amount of carbs but more natural sugar as the vegetable cooks away some of the fiber and water. I also eat a lot of raw veggies, so it's a balance.

Google "caramelized" and the veggie of your choice for instructions. Simple, really: Cook until brown. I like onions and any pepper. When combined with protein foods like lean beef or chicken, this makes a meal taste fantastic!
