What is the highest form of flattery?
Imitation. Or so they say.
But I have to admit I am a bit peeved by the imitation of several of my books without so much as a nod.
At least what I have been saying is getting out into the public...
... finally.
But the media is a bit clueless on their referrals. On their "experts" on the subjects they cover.
Meh... what are you going to do, right?

That you have to cheat on your dietplan to succeed (but not how the media tells you)...
... and that weight training is absolutely the best thing for anyone to do.
