3 Reasons Why Diets Fail YOU!

You Do Not Fail A Diet... A Diet Fails You... Here's Why!

seven months ago I met Angie.

Angie was depressed and severely overweight. Her husband Joe was in the same condition.

They told me I could share this story with you all...

"I have tried everything under the sun," said Angie. "Nothing works."

"I feel like an utter failure."

Tears welled up in her eyes. I could not help but feel the same. I really wanted to give her more than hope.

I wanted to give her the answer.

But I listened and watched a bit longer ...

I watched Joe as his head went from upright to tilted down...

... the direction you look when you're depressed or looking for your contact lens.

Joe didn't wear contacts.

Then Joe said, "I just don't get it... I'm successful at my job. I have raised three great kids."

"But I fail on every dietplan I try."

This Should Sound Familiar To You

You are hearing the same old, tired song.

The desperate cries from countless folks all over the world:

"Why do I fail at diet-plans?"

"Why can I just not drop this bodyfat?"

"Why can't I DO THIS?"

It's time for a new song, wouldn't you agree?

It's the one I shared with Angie and Joe.

Now they are both singing a happier tune.

One of guiltless freedom and fatburning success. It sounds much better. : )

I Have Good News For You

But it's not candy-coated.

Besides, candy isn't good for you. ; )

The good news is:

You do not 'fail' a diet-plan...
A dietplan fails YOU.

Now let's be real:

Obviously you can have an excellent plan and simply self-sabotage.

Or you can just give up.

But you know what?

In over a decade of doing this for a living—helping people just like you get rid of megatillions of lbs of worthless bodyfat.

I know the real answer.

The real answer is this:

Diets Fail YOU... You Do Not "Fail" Them!

And there are three reasons dietplans fail you:

1. They are too strict
2. They do not have set "goal-points"
3. They do not vary the calories and nutrients

Let's take these in order. Afterwards you will know exactly why your dietplan may be failing you.

This is essential information to know AND to embrace.

Without embracing it you will go on a needless guilt-trip.

You may never break free of the yo-yo fatloss cycle... so listen up.

Ready?

First, your dietplan cannot be too strict.

When you tell yourself "no" all the time, what do you think your brain tells your body?

"NO!"

Listen to this fact:

"No" is the word we hear most often between the time we are born and the age of 7.

These are the brain's formative years.

"No" is such a negative word that you have unknowingly created an 'anchor' to the word "no".

An anchor is something that triggers an old memory.

You know... like an old song that takes you back to high school...

... or a scent that reminds you of a lover or friend.

But this "no" anchor brings to mind pain, depravation, and not getting what you want.

Re-read that last one:

Not getting what you want... just like when you were 5... and you rebel!

In short, "no" to your brain signals, "I'm a child and I have no freedom."

Now do you see why saying "no" all the time is such a disaster for a dietplan?

You are reinforcing an old anchor and it is fighting against you.

You rebel against the dietplan -- not because you are "lazy" or "lack discipline" but because you desire freedom.

So you need a dietplan built around saying "yes"... and built around freedom.

Freedom... And Saying "Yes"! ...

Second, you need what I call "goal-points."

Think of a sprinter.

Perhaps you saw Olympic sprinter Usain Bolt shatter the 100-yard dash world record.

Amazing.

Bolt had a goal-point: 100 yards. Pretty straight-forward.

But after the goal-point was reached, did he keep on running?

Nope... he slowed down and walked.

He reached his goal-point successfully.

All you saw was the final race... but I've seen the practices for sprinters.

They burst (run hard)... hit their goal-point... walk back (less exercise but still moving), rest, then start again.

This is the key to your dietary success when it comes to permanent fatloss

So you need a dietplan that has goal-points built into the structure.

So simple that you do not even have to think about it.

Times when you have a fixed window to eat more strict and get rid of bunches of bodyfat...

... then times when you "walk back"... eating more loose but not "stopping."

Do you see?

Finally, you must stagger your calories and your nutrients.

Eating the same number of calories every day leads to dietary death.

The body quickly adjusts and goes into "starvation mode"... and that is the end of your success.

This is the way our bodies are designed to function.

You have to trick your body into thinking this never happens... when in reality you 'are' eating less food overall.

All of this may sound hard... but I designed a plan I'd like to share with you that makes it so easy a child could do it.

In fact, children DO it!

Since it is a best-seller you probably already know about it...

But what you do not know is my one old, kinda weird tip that started this entire thing...
